Enoch flat-earth?

Does Enoch describe the earth as being flat?

“Let us examine some of its passages that supposedly do. I will quote from M. Knibb’s translation, with notes by Andy McCracken. Enoch 18:1–5 reads,”

(Origin linked above: Courtesy of Dr. Danny R. Faulkner on March 11, 2018)

And I saw the storehouses of all the winds, and I saw how with them He has adorned all creation, and I saw the foundations of the Earth.

And I saw the cornerstone of the Earth. And I saw the four winds which support the Earth and the sky.

And I saw how the winds stretch out the height of Heaven, and how they position themselves between Heaven and Earth; they are the Pillars of Heaven.

And I saw the winds which turn the sky and cause the disc of the Sun and all the stars to set.

And I saw the winds on the Earth which support the clouds and I saw the paths of the Angels. I saw at the end of the Earth; the firmament of Heaven above.

    Flat earthers?

“Some passages of the Book of Enoch that supposedly teach that the earth is flat are ambiguous. However, a few passages do appear to indicate the writer(s) of the Book of Enoch believed the earth is flat. However, other cosmological details of the Book of Enoch clearly contradict the preferred cosmology of modern flat-earth proponents. This selective reading of the Book of Enoch is misleading at best.”—Dr. Danny R. Faulkner, 2018

Believe as we may. The Lord of Heaven’s Armies chooses wisely. Yet, make no mistake. Angels are unseen spirits. Be cautious of humanity’s interpretation. The book of Enoch is divine clarity of Revelations, Daniel, Job, Isaiah along with numerous scripts for this era and future destiny. Warning sorcerers, murderers, thieves, scorners, the opposition of kindness, it is a compelling argument to stop. Following man-made doctrines, churches, cults, religion is a destructive pathway—worship the Lord in spirit or fall. Have confidence in Heaven.

It is wise to treat belief as a precious pearl. Jesus warned, “Do not cast your pearls before the swine lest they trample them under foot and turn to attack you.” Social media proves mean-spirited people are rampant. Immaturity gave me the idea to be a witness for Christ. Disaster struck. Four decades ago, my ex apologized for wanting me dead. Dave died of organ failure recently. So what did I learn? Jesus said, “Be willing to take up your cross and follow me.” Yes, believers are persecuted, mocked, ridiculed. Vile people are full of hatred. Yet, “God is not mocked.” Mercy does not endure forever. Be enlightened! The subtle, gentle spirit of a child has great honor. My Lord does not need people at all.

Five days ago, locusts swarmed Mecca’s Grand Mosque. This is referred to as the holy city. The Lord of Heaven’s Armies has a reward for all. We are given a slim chance to stop the violence, stop the hate mentality from within. Religion is evil to the core.
God sent “locusts” that torture people (Revelation 9:1-11). Remember Moses also. Why? Pay attention!
